Scattered the length of Hoenn, most of them only reachable after the credits. A handful are locked to the other cartridge, so "every" means every one Alpha Sapphire will actually give you.

DexNav chains and Masuda eggs both work. Any sparkle counts.

Hit five hearts in Pokémon-Amie

Max affection with one Pokémon. The petting minigames count.

Evolve your Hoenn starter to Stage 1

Treecko becomes Grovyle, Torchic becomes Combusken, Mudkip becomes Marshtomp — all three at Level 16.

Evolve your Hoenn starter to its final stage

Sceptile, Blaziken or Swampert, at Level 36.

Mega Evolve your Hoenn starter

Steven hands over the stone for whichever one you picked on Route 120, once the invisible Kecleon is out of the path. The other two are sold by an old man north of the bridge on Route 114 for ₽1,500 apiece.

Catch Regirock in the Desert Ruins

Dive to the Sealed Chamber under Route 134 first — a Relicanth at the front of your party and a Wailord at the back is what unseals all three ruins.

Catch Regice in the Island Cave

Stand still in the chamber for two minutes. That is the whole puzzle, and it is longer than it sounds.

Catch Registeel in the Ancient Tomb

Fly, in the room, in front of the braille. Hoenn has never explained itself.

Catch Regigigas

Bring Regirock, Regice and Registeel back to the Island Cave together and the thing that made them wakes up.

Get both Eon Mega Stones

Your Latias comes home from Southern Island holding its own stone. Your mother hands you the other one in Littleroot after the Delta Episode — for a Pokémon that lives on the other cartridge.

Clear the Trick House

Six rooms in ORAS, down from eight, and the Trick Master is still hiding in the wall of every one of them.

Get the Oval Charm

The Game Freak director in Lilycove hands it over once the Hoenn Pokédex is full. Eggs turn up faster afterwards.

Get the Shiny Charm

The same man, for the National Pokédex. The odds go from grim to merely bad.

Unlock the Battle Resort

The island east of Ever Grande, open once you are Champion. Battle Maison, a Move Tutor, and the last few Mega Stones.
