From Roller Skater Rinka in Santalune City, once you have beaten her. Circle Pad to roll, +Control Pad to walk — Kalos moves differently afterwards.
Get HM01 Cut
In the hedge maze behind Parfum Palace, past Camphrier Town. Clears the small trees blocking side paths all over Kalos.
Get TM94 Rock Smash
From the woman outside the Ambrette Town Pokémon Center. In Kalos it's a TM rather than an HM, but it still breaks the cracked rocks in Glittering Cave and Terminus Cave.
Get the Bicycle
Free from the owner of the Cyllage City Bicycle Shop — green or yellow, your call. The fastest way back across a route you have already walked.
Get HM04 Strength
From Grant, outside the Cyllage City Gym. Shoves the boulders in Reflection Cave, Frost Cavern and Terminus Cave.
Get HM03 Surf
Handed over in Shalour City once the Tower of Mastery is done. Opens Azure Bay and everything else that sits across water.
Get HM02 Fly
From Professor Sycamore at the Coumarine City monorail station. Warps you back to any town you have already walked into.
Get HM05 Waterfall
From Shauna on the Route 19 bridge. The last traversal move Kalos hands out.
