Looking for a Backloggd alternative?
Backloggd is a well-loved social game-logging site in the Letterboxd mold: log the games you play, rate and review them, build lists, and follow friends. Its community is the best thing about it, and if you're happy there, genuinely, stay.
Why people go looking
The most common wish we hear from journal-style trackers is automation: getting an existing library in, and keeping playtime and achievements up to date, without hand-logging every game. Backloggd's focus, as of this writing, is the journal itself rather than automatic imports.
What RolledCredits does differently
RolledCredits starts from the import. Link Steam and your library, playtime, and achievements flow in as an async job you can watch — then keep syncing. RetroAchievements linking brings in retro consoles the same way, with 'beaten' awards auto-filling your Rolled Credits shelf.
On top of that sits the journal you'd expect: a completion ladder of shelves (Wishlist → Backlog → Played Some → Rolled Credits → Credits + Extras → 100%ed), custom shelves, five-star ratings, and reviews with spoiler flags.
Manual logging stays first-class — imports never overwrite a status you set by hand, so your Game Boy collection is as real as your Steam library.
